What was your childhood dream car? A Countach, 308 GTS, or maybe even a 911? For many of us, I think for most of us a red fastback Ford Mustang with a big v8 was on our list somewhere. Luckily for me, my good friend and roommate from college, Joey, has just such a car.
I admit it (proudly) I'm addicted to sports cars. After years of owning everything from a '67 Camaro to an E46 M3 I decided to act "grown up" and buy a nice, adulty BMW 328i (it does have a 6 spd). Well, after 22 months clean, I fell off the wagon. Right into the driver's seat of 2005 Lotus Elise.
So after years of spectating at the Rolex 24 and Petit LeMans, I decided to grab my spectating compadre and my dad and head to the classic 12 Hours of Sebring.
